In 2015, Su's role shifted to work in requirements definition and analysis and product ownership, which has enabled him to pursue this passion. During four years working as a business analyst and product owner, I have effectively facilitated and maximized end users’ needs, satisfaction and desire. The professional knowledge and skills gained from these projects also helped me build a clear future vision: crossing the chasm from traditional to digital world.
